Redwood Investment Management, LLC has added United Kingdom commercial real estate loan exposure to its Redwood Private Real Estate Debt Fund, traded under the ticker CREMX, the Scottsdale, Arizona-based investment adviser announced September 30, 2026.
The new England-based loan positions expand the fund's geographic footprint, which had previously been concentrated in U.S. real estate debt holdings. The move signals a deliberate strategy to diversify across international markets within the private real estate debt space, a segment that has drawn increased institutional attention as traditional lending channels tighten.
